County Downs,Montgomery's best kept secret, is centrally located in Montgomery with convenient access to both Atlanta Highway and I-85. This quiet neighborhood was first established in the 1970's by Marshall Construction.

Unlike some newer neighborhoods in the River Region, County Downs has matured slowly and continues to grow today thanks to careful planning. Just recently, 31 new lots were cleared.
